After making your way into the top-1% of players, you will train, but with access to an extra course called "Customer service" that will help you become an experienced coach and companion. This is a 30+ hour course that includes lectures, seminars, and exams. At the end of the course, you will receive an official Legionfarm Semi-Pro player certificate.

The Semi-Pro certificate allows you to play with Legionfarm and other marketplaces' clients. We will feature you on the Legionfarm platform and other marketplaces and supply you with Pro-teammates who have regular clients.

You will be assigned a personal trainer to work with you in different game modes following an individual training program. In 6 months, they will teach you the following skills:

You will play in groups of 3-4 people, including your trainer and other students. You will be putting into practice the knowledge you gained during 1on1 sessions, as well as learning new skills:
- Tactics, map knowledge, making decisions about positioning and rotations
- Team synergy, team roles, team leading
Group practice
Your trainer will collect and analyze recordings of your game sessions and give comments on how to improve your tactics and decision-making. Gameplay recording analysis helps trainers track your progress and adapt the individual training program according to your gaming skills.

The guarantee comes into effect from the moment you get access to completing orders on marketplaces and only within the boundaries of the Semi-pro course.
In case of fulfillment of conditions for guarantee activation, in the following 3 months, you are guaranteed to receive $800 per month or the difference between this amount and your factual income on our/other platforms ($800 - actual_income = guaranteed surcharge from LF).

- Have an acceptance rate of >70%. This means that of all client's attempts to start an order with you, 70% of the time result in a successfully completed order. (The average acceptance rate of our full-time Pros is 81,7%.)
- You must use our Desktop application in over 90% of your sessions with clients and complete the KPIs, which you will receive from the app: % of voice activity, the session structure, the minimal acceptable in-game distance from the team member, the client's metrics improvements)
- You must fully achieve all KPIs in over 70% of your sessions

One of the community bonuses of Legionfarm is the ability to find slots for group sessions with our seasoned Pros. The Pros who have an active client base and are in need of an additional Pro player for the group session (2 Pros + 1-2 clients in the squad) can invite you into the group for teaming up and coaching the regular clients together. In such sessions, you will be splitting the income with the other Pro equally. Pro-leader sets the price of the session for the client and shares 50% of that money with the other Pro.

- We will share a list of marketplaces where you will need to create accounts and send us your account data from those marketplaces.
- You will complete a course where you will be taught how to fill out your profile pages on those marketplaces in accordance with our standards.
- We will send the names of your accounts to our partnered marketplaces with the request to activate them using the fast-pass system, the lists of which you will get into after receiving the Legionfarm Semi-Pro certificate.
